Shonna Bouteller
4th Grade

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline."
2 Timothy 1:7

My name is Shonna Bouteller and I am the fourth-grade teacher.  I started at New Hope as a substitute teacher in 2017 and accepted the fourth-grade position for the 2021-2022 school year.  I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University (GO FLAMES!) and will continue my graduate studies in Christian Counseling through Family Advocacy and Public Policy through Liberty University.  I love teaching the fourth grade and collectively raising my students to new academic challenges!  I am truly blessed to be at New Hope!!!

My husband Brian and I have four amazing children, three of whom have already graduated New Hope and our youngest, Drew is a 9th grader at New Hope.  We enjoy spending time with our family in the outdoors and visiting our awesome grandson Declan.  We also give back to our community through service to the ROC Food Pantry and the Gospel Rescue Mission both of which are near and dear to our hearts.
