Raquel Martindale
Pre-Kindergarten
Originally a Washington native, the Lord called our family to Southern Oregon in 2013. I have been blessed to work at New Hope since 2018, teaching preschool on Mondays and Fridays.
As the oldest of a very large family and the mother of 4, I am at home in an environment of littles, learning, and laughter.
I love teaching pre-K because they enjoy learning, being hands on, trying new things, and no matter how big or small, they see the beauty in the world around us with childlike wonder.
I get to see their eyes light up when they witness the beauty of God’s work and creation, often for the first time. From the dew on leaves to the unique pattern in a snowflake, they get so excited about the little things we adults often take for granted, and I am blessed to be a part of that. I hope to continue with New Hope for many years to come.
