Chere Brown
Librarian
I graduated from Point Loma College with a BA in Home Ec Education; my MS in Home Economics from Fresno State University, and my library education from Northern Colorado University.
I have been a public school librarian 18 years, public library children's librarian for 2, and volunteer at New Hope Christian School Library since 2018. My passions are God, family, children, books, crafts, and walking/hiking. Coming to salvation as a young child means that all my life I have been directed and protected by God, so Isaiah 46:3-4 resonates with me: "Listen to me...you whom I have upheld since you were conceived, and have carried since your birth. Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He, I am He who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you.
