Kelsie Bergquist
Instructional Aide

I attended elementary school at New Hope in the early 80’s. I graduated from GPHS in 1993 and married my amazing husband, Clyde in 1997.
In ‘98 we went on our first mission trip to the Amazon and it changed our course to pursue missions there.

It took 6 years of God preparing us.
In 2004 we started our adventure with 2 little girls, 3yrs and 18mos. We learned Portuguese, planted churches and there began my journey of homeschooling. Within 3 years we had 2 more children, who now attend New Hope.

I homeschooled all my children until we returned to Grants Pass in 2015. I turned to others to educate my kids but stayed very involved!

I have worked as an instructional aide the past 2 years at Vineyard Christian School.
I am excited to work with 4th and 5th graders here at New Hope and look forward to helping kids gain confidence in their learning journey!
